This good-looking guy is Rooster and he is a young, energetic and fun pup looking for a family to live life to the fullest with! During his daily yard time at the shelter, he loves to bounce around and chase toys, but will often choose to lean in for pets and affection instead! While out on field trips, Rooster loves to romp and play fetch in the water at the beach and would love a beach going family to take him swimming! His ideal home will provide lots of playtime and enrichment toys to keep him entertained, both physically and mentally. Additionally, positive reinforcement training will help this young dog grow into a confident and happy adult. If fun trips to the beach and lots of affection sound like your perfect day, then Rooster might just be the lucky dog for you!

This dog’s adoption includes a special adoption package including a one month supply of dog food and other surprises from his friends at Hawaii Island Humane Society!
