Census Bureau: More men than women in Paauilo in 2019

Of the 586 people living in Paauilo in 2019, 47.6 percent (279) were women and 52.4 percent (307) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Big Island Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 197-to-162. In the 65 and over age range, there were 76 females and 65 males.
