Census Bureau: More women than men in Naalehu in 2019

Of the 962 people living in Naalehu in 2019, 59.6 percent (573) were women and 40.4 percent (389) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Big Island Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 274-to-242. In the 65 and over age range, there were 196 females and 61 males.
