Census Bureau: More men than women in Leilani Estates in 2019

Of the 1,576 people living in Leilani Estates in 2019, 39.5 percent (622) were women and 60.5 percent (954) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Big Island Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 542-to-382. In the 65 and over age range, there were 192 females and 266 males.
