Census Bureau: More men than women in Kahaluu-Keauhou CDP in 2019

Of the 5,291 people living in Kahaluu-Keauhou CDP in 2019, 48.7 percent (2,576) were women and 51.3 percent (2,715) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Big Island Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,445-to-1,316. In the 65 and over age range, there were 898 females and 829 males.
