Census Bureau: More men than women in Hawaiian Ocean View in 2019

Of the 5,011 people living in Hawaiian Ocean View in 2019, 44.4 percent (2,227) were women and 55.6 percent (2,784) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Big Island Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,223-to-1,151. In the 65 and over age range, there were 255 females and 259 males.
