Census Bureau: More men than women in Halaula in 2019

Of the 640 people living in Halaula in 2019, 49.4 percent (316) were women and 50.6 percent (324) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Big Island Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 170-to-154. In the 65 and over age range, there were 83 females and 59 males.
