Census Bureau: More men than women in Ainaloa in 2019

Of the 3,279 people living in Ainaloa in 2019, 48.2 percent (1,581) were women and 51.8 percent (1,698) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Big Island Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 1,007-to-889. In the 65 and over age range, there were 249 females and 215 males.
