Ululoa Hale at Laʻiʻōpua 2020 (L2020), which opens for membership sign-ups on May 1, is a new go-to workspace for freelancers, creatives, business persons or anyone who needs a workspace away from home.
It offers a large conference room, lanai and interior meeting space for event space rentals. The outdoor community lanai workspace presents access to a serene ocean view to let users craft ideas.
“Imagine a workspace away from home where you can let your creative ideas flow in an environment of entrepreneurship and innovation,” La‘i‘Ōpua 2020 stated on its website. “Ululoa Hale is your neighborhood destination dedicated to support your needs with a secure office space while allowing your creativity to blossom independently or with your team. Interact with other like-minded people to inspire and share conversation that opens a network of possibilities and community access.”
Wi-Fi access, indoor community workspace with air conditioning, pay-per-print Ricoh printing capabilities, and free parking spaces are some of the benefits of getting a membership, La'i'Opua says. Members and other individuals or groups will also have the opportunity to create their monthly schedule with the part-time and full-time usage options.
