Lloyd Roswell "Kona" Berman

Lloyd Roswell “Kona” Berman, of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, died April 13, 2021, at Hospice of Kona’s Nakamaru Hale. Born in Kealakekua, Hawaii on September 29, 1938, he was a salesman for the Kona Gas Company. He was a bellman at the former Kona Surf Hotel and a security officer at the Keahole-Kona International Airport. He was a member of the Kona Athletics Softball Club, Christ Church Episcopal Church and a U. S. Navy veteran.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Ulalia Kaai Berman of Kailua-Kona; sons, Michael (Lisa) Berman and Analu Berman, all of Kailua-Kona and Lono Ikuwa of Kalaoa, Kona; daughter, Hoolai(Jack) Berman of Kailua-Kona; several brothers and sisters; numerous grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
