Earlyne Kailialoha Garcia, 62, of Hilo died Sept. 8 at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, she was a homemaker, member of Thy Word Ministries, veteran of the U.S. Army and a servant of the Lord.
A drive-thru visitation will take place from 9–11 a.m. Thursday (September 23, 2021) in the Dodo Mortuary Chapel Carport; burial to follow at the East Hawaii Veterans Cemetery #2. Please remain in your vehicles. Wearing of face masks and social distancing to be observed.
Survived by husband, Rory Garcia, Sr. of Hilo; children, Roselynn (Roman) P. Paris of Nanakuli, David (Jessica Bradbury) K. Garcia of Mililani, Larry H. Chung of Hilo, Loralynn “Lehua” (Aaron) W. Garcia of Keaau, Rory K. Garcia, Jr. of Hilo, Rochelle P. Hildebrand of Hilo, Roxanne (Marci) P. Garcia of Makakilo; siblings, Earl Chung of Honolulu, Donna Bergau of Pahoa, Laverne Tanaka-Kawaakoa of Nanakuli, Melonee Ioane of Nanakuli; 25 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
