Tuesday, Dec. 7 -- and every Tuesday -- between noon and 1 p.m., Hilo Toastmasters Club hosts a virtual meeting on Zoom. Improve  your public speaking skills through practice speeches, attentive  listening, and giving and receiving feedback. Saturday, Dec. 11, attend the Introductory Energy Medicine Workshop between 8 a.m and 2 p.m., either virtually or at Halai Healing Place, located at 75-5737 Kuakini Highway in Kailua-Kona. In this beginning-level two-day class, students will learn about Eastern philosophies and the human energy system, focusing on the main chakra system, learning how it influences the body's natural healing mechanisms.
