Tuesday, Dec. 14 -- and every Tuesday -- between noon and 1 p.m., Hilo Toastmasters Club is hosting a virtual meeting on Zoom. Improve your public speaking skills through practice speeches, attentive listening, and giving and receiving feedback. Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that operates clubs for the purpose of promoting communication, public speaking and leadership.
