On Monday, Dec. 20 -- and every Monday -- from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Reiki Level III Training Certification Workshop is being offered at Halai Healing Place in Kapa'au or Kailua Kona. Reiki practitioners who have completed Levels I and II are invited to register for this training course, where they will learn about the sacred third degree symbol, advanced self-treatments and more. On Tuesday, Dec. 21 -- and every Tuesday -- between noon and 1 p.m., join Hilo Toastmasters Club for a virtual meeting on Zoom. Improve your public speaking skills through practice speeches, attentive listening, and giving and receiving feedback.
