Kimiyo Miyashiro, 98, of Hilo, died March 14, 2022 at home. Born in Hilo, she was retired from HELCO and a member of the Church of the Holy Cross. Private services held. No flowers or koden (monetary gifts). Survived by daughter, Janice (Norman) Fujisaki of Virginia; son, Dr. Bruce (Judy) Miyashiro of Hilo; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
