Notice is hereby given that the Hawai‘i County Council will be conducting this meeting via interactive conference technology (ICT) pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §92-3.5. Council Members will be participating via ICT at the:

• Kona Council Office, West Hawai‘i Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, Building A. Members of the public may also attend from this location.

Public attendance via courtesy site is available at the following locations:

• Pāhoa Council Office, 15-2879 Pāhoa Village Road on April 12 and 13, 2022; and

• Waimea Council Office, Parker Square, 65-1279 Kawaihae Road, Suite 109 on April 12 and 14, 2022. If a courtesy site is unavailable and/or participation is disrupted, the scheduled meeting will continue.

Oral Public Testimony via Zoom: To provide oral testimony via Zoom, email councilremotetestimony@hawaiicounty.gov or call (808) 961-8255 to complete the registration process and obtain meeting login information. Please contact our office to register by 12:00 noon, Monday, April 11, 2022.

Submitting Written Testimony: The Council encourages the public to submit thoughts, comments and input via written testimony to Council Members prior to the meeting. Roth, dated March 1, 2022, transmitting the proposed Capital Budget for FY 2022-2023 and the Capital Improvements Program for the next six years from Fiscal Year 2022-2023 to 2027-2028, which includes 85 projects requiring a total appropriation of $365,225,000 of which $257,275,000 are intended to be funded in whole or part by bonds, $56,999,000 million to be funded by Federal Grants, $48,750,000 to be funded by the State Revolving Loan Fund or State Capital Improvement Projects, and $2,201,000 to be funded by General Excise Tax.
