Mr. Noriaki Otani, age 93, of Hilo, Hawaii, died March 29, 2022 in the Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Hilo, Hawaii on September 22, 1928 and retired as a carpenter from Jas. W. Glover, Ltd. in Hilo. He was a decorated United States Army veteran.
