Ryan Tyson Longakit, 48, of Hilo, died May 13, 2022 at home, Born in Hilo, He was a Stevedore for Matson Navigation, former corrections officer at HCCC, member of the Ku Kane Motorcycle Club and an avid outdoorsman. Funeral Services to be held Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Visitation from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Funeral Services at 6 p.m. Casual attire. A Motorcycle run honoring Ryan will be on June 3, 2022, bikers meet up at 9 a.m. at the Wailoa State Park Main Pavilion, roll out at 10 a.m. Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Wailoa State Park from 12 p.m. He is survived by sons, Kwaylen Longakit of Las Vegas, Neveda and Kanen Longakit (Lacey Rosa) of Hilo; granddaughters, Kacey-Lynn and Khailynn Longakit of Hilo; father, Gordon Pacheco of Hilo; mother, Natlynn “DeeDee” (Lean Savella) Pacheco of Hilo; brothers, Chaze Pacheco and Jijo (Brittany) Pacheco of Hilo; sisters, Stacy (Rudy) Calicdan, Brandee (Micah Kahapea) Pacheco and Shaydee Pacheco of Hilo; grandmother, Emily Pacheco of Hilo; former spouse, Leona Longakit of Hilo; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
