He was born on April 13, 1957 in 50 Buttong, Laoag City, Philippines. He was a farmer. Visitation will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. on Saturday (Sept. 10, 2022) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, Hilo; Funeral Service at 5 p.m. Casual attire. Survived by, spouse, Maricel Aguinaldo; children, Gladys (Nicholas) Siepker, Giovanni (Lina Sacayanan) Clemente, Regie Clemente, Ceazar (Maria) Clemente, Ciara Clemente and Marinel Clemente; 3 grandchildren; 3 siblings.
