AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 22-64, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2022 TO JUNE 30, 2023

Adds the Parks and Recreation Pāpaʻaloa Gym & Park Improvements – County project ($5 million) and the Pāpaʻaloa Community Center Gym – State project ($5 million) to the Capital Budget. Funds for these projects shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund – Fund Balance and/or other Sources ($5 million), and State Grants Receivable ($5 million), and would be used for the planning, design, and construction for a new Pāpaʻaloa gym.
