Edwin Eichi Kaneshiro, 88, of Hilo, HI, died at home on Sunday, September 25, 2022. He was born in Kukuihaele, HI and was a retired produce manager with the former Food Fair Supermarket. He was also a member of the Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin and the Hilo Hoyukai. Private services were held. The family requests no koden (monetary donations). He is survived by his: Wife, Janice Kaneshiro of Hilo, HI; Son, Aaron (Edith) Kaneshiro of Hilo, HI; Step-Son, Phillip (Anabel Bueno) Hirose of Albuquerque, NM; Step-Daughters, Caroline Tammy (Clayton) Amuro of Hilo, HI and Margaret Toni (Marvin) Min of Hilo, HI; Brother-in-law, Robert Nagamine of Hilo, HI; six grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
