The Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce has issued the following press release:
HiSTEP is an export development program supported by a grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), that helps Hawaiʻi companies expand sales outside of the United States. This program has three key components:
Export Readiness Program – training and consulting to help you begin or expand your export market development plans.
Hawai‘i Pavilions – support at major trade shows such as the Tokyo International Gift Show
Company Assistance – awards up to $5,000 for new-to-export companies and up to $15,000 for market expansion companies
This year, island-specific HiSTEP 2023 kick-off webinar sessions will be held. There is no cost, but pre-registration is required. Deadline to register is Monday, October 24.
