The Leeward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation for this amendment to the State Land Use Boundaries Map and a change of zone, which would allow the applicant to subdivide the property into two lots with an existing single-family dwelling on each lot, for estate planning purposes. The property is located at 62-2225 and 62-2239 ʻŌuli Street, at the southwest corner of its intersection with Kawaihae Road, Kanehoa Subdivision in South Kohala.

Submitting Video Testimony: Those submitting video testimony may email a complete web address (url) to videotestimony@hawaiicounty.gov before 12:00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting.
