James “Kimo” Kevin Napeahi Sr, 65 of Keei, HI, died at home on October 30, 2022. He was born on February 11, 1957 on Oahu, HI. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, Construction worker, Handyman, Mechanic, and Farmer.Born on Oahu, he later moved to Kona with his mother and sister to live with his mom’s grandparents, Joseph and Anna Kahananui in Kalaoa, Kona, Hawaii and their children.He is preceded in death by his wife Marilyn (Kihe) Napeahi.He is survived by sons James “Junior” (Alika Ho’e) of Kahului, Maui ; Jaren (Pito Perry) of Lahaina, Maui; Daughter Jai-Lenda (Ashley Cool) Napeahi of Ocean View, HI.6 Grandchildren Lehua, Lalea, Kalawai’a, Kawehi, Kalamakū and Kahakai Napeahi.Mother Lily Peahi, of Waimanalo, OahuSisters Lillian Nero of Kauai; Deanna NapeahiBrothers Peter (Karen) Napeahi Jr of Oahu; Willis (Loreen) Peahi of Oahu; John, Jonathan and Joshua Napeahi.Companion Vera “Lehua” Kihe of Keei, HI.Brothers-in-law Ernest (Ulu) of Texas, Daniel (Debbie) of Hilo; Herman (Kahea) of Ocean View; Wayne (Leesha) of Miloli’i; Lorin Kihe of Ocean View; Walter “Aloha” Basque Jr of Ocean View, Mervyn Cagampang of Kailua Kona.Sisters-in-law Ernestine Hanato of Kailua Kona; Laverne (Rich) Kihe-Gonzales of Las Vegas; Kanani (Ryan) Matsunami of Kailua Kona; Sharline (Pat) Akeo of Honaunau; and numerous Uncles, Aunties, Cousins, nephews and nieces.Extended family, Joe (Karen), Clarence Kahananui and Hattie Feltman.
