Allows for the receipt of $75,000, which would be used to cover overtime expenses incurred by multi-agency law enforcement to follow-up on persons ordered by the court to surrender firearms.

Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants – National Instant Criminal Background Check System Act Record Improvement Program ($75,000); and appropriates the same to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System Act Record Improvement Program account. Funds would be used to cover overtime expenses incurred by multi-agency law enforcement to follow-up on persons ordered by the court to surrender firearms.
