Appropriates excess fuel tax revenues collected from 2020-2022 by establishing the following fuel tax program appropriations to the Capital Budget: Roadway Projects (Engineering) ($252,043.47); Bridge Inspection, Repair and Replacement Program (Engineering) ($177,913.04); and Local Road Improvements (Highways) ($429,956.52), for a total appropriation of $859,913.03.

Funds would be used to support new and existing programs that connect individuals and families experiencing homelessness to appropriate services and resources.
