Justin Rick Latta, 35, of Mountain View died Jan. 28 at his residence. Born in Montana, he was a manager and sales representative for AT&T. A celebration of his life will take place from 12 noon Sunday (March 5, 2023) at the Kuhio Kalanianaole Park in Hilo. Casual attire. Survived by father, Ricky Lynn Latta of Kilispell, Montana; mother, Tamela (Bruce) Jean Wilson of Payson, Montana; sisters, Ashley (Neil) Crowther of Ashburn, Virginia, Meghan (Nate) Roetto of Republic, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Duane and Sue Latta of Casivelle, Missouri; hanai mother, Dixie Harper of Wooster, Ohio; hanai brothers, Scott (Chelsea) Hall of Waimea, Cody Woodward of Waimea; hanai sister, Darlene Ellwanger of Mountain View; caregiver, Alvin Aiona of Mountain View; numerous nieces and nephews.
