Michael Anthony Torres, 60, of Hilo died on Mar. 16 at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in Kalihi, Oahu, he was a landscaper and formerly a foreman for Hualani Farms. Private services. Survived by companion, Caroline Pacheco of Hilo; siblings, Lorene Tafoya of California, Antonelle Ramos of Florida, Angela Torres of Washington, Darlene Torres of Washington, Christopher (Janet) Torres of Hilo; numerous nieces and nephews.
