Yvonne Chieko Kutsunai, 71, of Hilo, HI, died at the Hilo Medical Center on Thursday, March 16, 2023. She was born in Lanai City, HI and was a bookkeeper with Taketa, Iwata, Hara and Associates. She was also the Vice President and Treasurer of the Elvis Rock A-Hula-Baby Fan Club. Friends may call at the Dodo Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, where a Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM followed by urn committal services at the Homelani Memorial Park. The family requests casual attire and no koden (monetary donations). She is survived by her: Sister, Karla Simmons of Hilo, HI; Brothers, Clyde (Jeannie) Kutsunai of Kailua-Kona, HI and Paul Kutsunai of Honolulu, HI; numerous aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
