Harry Ayana Respicio, 73, of Papaikou, died April 4, 2023, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was retired from California Hawaii Foliage Growers and had also worked for T. Hara & Co. Ltd. and Hilo Candy Co. Visitation from 5-6 p.m. Friday, May 26, 2023, at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo; funeral service at 6 p.m. Graveside committal service and burial 10 a.m. Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Alae Cemetery. Casual attire. Survived by wife, Laveinia Respicio of Papaikou; daughters, Melissa Respicio, Michelle Respicio and Sheena Respicio of Papaikou; brother, Donald Respicio Sr. of Panaewa; sister, Winifred (Raymond) Agpoon of Kaiwiki; sisters-in-law, Florence Respicio of Keaukaha, Joan Respicio of Hilo, Sorania Bailado of Kona; brothers-in-law, Emelio (Goody) Bailado of Germany, Darryl (Mercy) Bailado of Oahu, Curtis Bailado of Kona, Jim Stockman of Idaho; 13 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
