NOTICE REGARDING INTERACTIVE CONFERENCE TECHNOLOGY (ICT): Youth Commission members and members of the public may participate in this meeting via the Zoom interactive video conference platform. A meeting held by interactive conference technology shall be automatically recessed for up to thirty (30) minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all members participating in the meeting or with the "in-person" location identified in this agenda.
The meeting may reconvene when either audiovisual communication is restored, or audio-only communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual communication. If it is not possible to reconvene the meeting as provided in this section within thirty (30) minutes after an interruption
to communication, the meeting shall be automatically terminated.

c. Approval of the Survey to be Issued to all Hawaiʻi Public Middle and High Schools About Their Engagement in Their Communities and Interests in Local Politics
d. Discussion on Process to Select Three Adult Advisors to the Commission
i. Commission staff have posted the online application for adult advisors. The Commission may begin discussions on reviewing any submitted applications2.
ii. Executive Session: The Commission anticipates convening an executive meeting regarding the above matter, pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), HRS, for the purpose of consulting with the Commission's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/4 vote pursuant to Section 92-4, HRS, is necessary to hold an executive meeting.
