Hawaii County Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission will meet May 13.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the County of Hawai'i' s Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission ( PONC) in person meeting pursuant to Hawai'i Revised Statutes§ 92- 3. 5, the Hawai'i County Code Section 2- 215, and the Commission' s Rules of Practice and Procedure (amended May 2023).

ORAL PUBLIC TESTIMONY: To provide oral testimony please arrive at least 10 minutes before the meeting starts to complete the registration process and obtain meeting information.

SUBMITTING TESTIMONY: The Commission encourages the public to submit thoughts, comments, and input on agenda items via written testimony. To ensure timely delivery to members prior to the meeting, written testimony should be submitted no later than 12: 00 noon on Thursday, May 9, 2024, by ( 1) fax to (808) 961- 8248; ( 2) mail: PONC Commission in Hilo at 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawaii, 96720, or by email: ponctestimony(@hawaiicounty.gov
