Hawaii County Arborist Advisory Committee will meet May 30.

Committee members will participate in person, via ZOOM, or by teleconference. Members of the public may attend this meeting either in person at the meeting location or via ZOOM. To sign up for access to the meeting via ZOOM, please contact Alexey Katko at alexy.katko@hawaiicounty.gov or (808) 961-8525 no later than 12 noon, Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Anyone wishing to testify orally via ZOOM must sign up by 12 noon, Tuesday, May 28, 2024, by contacting Alexey Katko.
The meeting shall be automatically recessed for up to thirty (30) minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all members participating in the meeting and with the in-person location identified in this agenda. The meeting may reconvene when either audiovisual communication is restored, or audio-only communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual communication. If it is not possible to reconvene the meeting as provided in this section within thirty (30) minutes after an interruption to communication, the meeting shall be automatically terminated.
Public Testimony: The public may provide oral testimony either in-person at the meeting location or via ZOOM. Pursuant to HRS Section 92-3, interested persons who want to provide oral testimony may do so either at the time the Board takes public statements on items on the agenda or at the time the specific agenda item is called.
