Hawaiʻi DOH approves reopening of S7-Icy Bubble in Honolulu

The Hawaiʻi Department of Health (DOH) Food Safety Branch has issued S7-Icy Bubble a green placard and approved its reopening on June 10, 2024. The establishment, located at 555 N. King Street in Honolulu, had received a red placard on June 5, 2024, resulting in its immediate closure.

A follow-up inspection conducted on June 10 revealed that all critical violations identified during the initial inspection had been resolved.

The DOH Food Safety Branch is responsible for protecting and promoting the health of Hawaiʻi residents and visitors through education of food industry workers and regulation of food establishments statewide. This includes conducting routine health inspections of places where food products are prepared, manufactured, distributed, or sold.
