Hawaii County Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission will meet July 8.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the County of Hawai'i's Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission (PONC) in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawai'i Revised Statutes, the Hawaii County Code Section 2-215, and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (amended May 2023). This is an in- person meeting and the Commissioners will participate in person. The way to participate in this meeting is to attend in person or submit written testimony prior to the meeting' s commencement.
ORAL PUBLIC TESTIMONY: To provide oral testimony, please arrive with sufficient time before the matter of interest to complete the registration process and obtain meeting information.
SUBMITTING TESTIMONY: The Commission encourages the public to submit thoughts, comments, and input on agenda items via written testimony. To ensure timely delivery to members prior to the meeting, written testimony should be submitted no later than 12: 00 noon on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, by ( 1) fax to (808) 961- 8248; (2) mail: PONC Commission in Hilo at 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawai'i, 96720, or by email: ponctestimony@hawaiicounty.gov
