The meeting shall be automatically recessed for up to thirty (30) minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all members participating in the meeting and with the in-person location identified in this agenda. Tokihiro, regarding collective bargaining with the Employer (County) and Unions (United Public Workers/UPW, Hawaii Government Employees Association/HGEA, State of Hawaii Organization of Police Officers/ SHOPO, and Hawaii Fire Fighters Association/HFFA).
