On April 9, 2025, Attorney General Anne Lopez, along with 51 attorneys general from the Anti-Robocall Multistate Litigation Task Force, issued warnings to nine voice service providers suspected of consistently facilitating unlawful robocall traffic. The companies are accused of violating state and federal regulations by allegedly routing unlawful calls through their networks.

Attorney General Lopez emphasized, "These telecommunications companies continue to transmit suspected illegal robocall traffic, despite task force demands to identify, investigate and mitigate suspicious, high-volume robocalls across their networks." She further highlighted the risks posed by these scams, noting that "many robocall scammers trick people into giving up personal information or into paying them money."

The task force has communicated these concerns to federal law enforcement agencies, including the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The task force issued the warning letters to Global Net Holdings, All Access Telecom, Lingo Telecom, NGL Communications, Range, RSCom Ltd., Telcast Network, ThinQ Technologies, and Telcentris.

Global Net Holdings is cited for at least 153 notices about illicit calls, including scams like government impersonations, fake Amazon charges, and Medicare fraud. All Access Telecom received over 356 notices for similar offenses. Lingo Telecom stands accused with more than 105 traceback notices for Social Security frauds and other deceptions. NGL Communications was flagged with at least 100 notices for scams regarding COVID financial relief and related frauds. Range received over 590 traceback notices for a variety of scams. RSCom Ltd. had nearly 1,000 notices for calls about tax relief and other illicit activities. Telcast Network received at least 800 notices related to financial and utility fraud. ThinQ Technologies was noted with more than 500 warnings, including government imposters and debt relief scams. Lastly, Telcentris faces over 400 notices for calls involving Social Security and student loan scams.

Information on where to access copies of the warning letters was also provided in the release.
