The Hawai‘i Department of Health (DOH) has given the green light to Mānoa Botanicals, LLC, doing business as Noa Botanicals, for its fourth retail dispensary location in Honolulu. The new site at 345 Royal Hawaiian Ave. is expected to begin sales on April 19, 2025, after passing the final on-site inspection.
