The Department of Health and the Univeristy of Hawaii JABSOM are working together to provide Hawaii residents with online tele-psychiatry and telepsychology.

You can sign up for a free appointment with a HAwaii-licensed practicing physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, clinical social worker, substance abuse counselor, mental health counselor, and nurse. All you need is internet access and a webcam, which are built in to most mobile devices, including laptops, smart phones, and tablets. No insurance required.
