Governor's Office issued the following announcement on Nov. 28.
According to the governor’s 16th Proclamation, MAINLAND TRAVELERS now need to have pre-travel test results submitted to their Safe Travels app BEFORE arrival to Hawaii. Their pre-travel status can not be updated post arrival.
Inter-island travel procedures were not changed in the new proclamation.
