* November 9th was the virtual Hawaii Fire Chiefs Association Convention. Maui Fire Department and Chief Brad Ventura conducted an 8 hour virtual conference with many presenters discussing pertinent topics in the fire industry.
* Visited Station 8 (Honokaa) to wish a well-deserved retirement to Captain Glen Sumida who retired at the end of November.
* Of the 27th of November the department turned up at Bayfront for a reverse parade where we did sign waving to honor First Responders.
* The new dispatch center construction continues, and we met this month to finalize details on the IT layout, raised flooring, and video walls.
