Coldwell Banker Island Properties (CBIP) has added more than 30 new global luxury specialists and industry experts to its organizations on Maui, according to an update published on its official website on Aug. 29.
According to its website, CBIP is one of the leading real estate firms in the Hawaiian islands and has been in a player in the industry for 25 years, representing several communities, including Maui, Lanai, Molokai, Kauai and the Big Island.
"We’re bidding farewell to summer with a warm extended welcome to over 30 Global Luxury Specialists and local neighborhood experts who have joined our ‘ohana on Maui over the past few months!" according to an update. For more than 20 years, CBIP has been positioned atop the real estate ratings, closing more than 19,000 transactions during that time, according to the website. It also oversees vacation plans and will help customers with rental selections and vacation experiences.
According to the website, the company is positioned as an expert in real estate in Hawaii.
