The Department of the Attorney General's Hawaiʻi Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) has introduced a new mobile app and updated its web portal to improve services for clients managing child support cases. The changes aim to provide easier access and more flexibility.

"CSEA is excited to launch its new mobile app and upgraded web portal, which we feel represents a significant improvement in how we reach and support our customers," said Lynette Lau, CSEA Administrator. "We hope that these tools will provide the families that we serve with greater flexibility and convenience in managing their child support cases."

The newly launched CSEA Mobile App is designed to help parents and guardians efficiently manage their child support obligations. The updated web portal, initially released in September 2023, now offers an improved user experience.

The CSEA Mobile App can be downloaded for free from the App Store and Google Play. Clients are encouraged to explore both the app and the enhanced web portal to determine which option best meets their needs.

The Hawaiʻi Child Support Enforcement Agency operates under the Department of the Attorney General. It focuses on ensuring children receive financial support from both parents through a system of payments and disbursements of court-ordered child support, aiming to promote children's well-being and family self-sufficiency.
